  • Quick Turnaround: Dawson fulfills this Client’s quick turnaround needs, filling classes of 200 in 48 hours.
  • High Volume: We’ve provided this Client with team leads, supervisors, and call center agents for classes of 500.
  • Multiple Markets: Fulfillment of large classes in call centers across the country

Client C | 16 Year Partnership 

Dawson built the entire workforce of a new call center to an average headcount of 200. What started as only a call center partnership grew to staff multiple roles across the company. 


PARTNERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS:


  • Dawson has provided this Client with both ongoing and seasonal staffing needs, filling up to 120 placements during peak season. 
  • Positions filled include: Distribution Center Associates, Office Support, HR Coordinators, Accounting and Finance, Executive Admins, Administrative Assistants, Data Entry, Receptionists, Fraud, Analysts, Creative and Design.

Client D | Seasonal Support

Dawson provided seasonal support to this Client by filling high-volume bilingual positions with onsite support across multiple shifts and locations.

  • During peak season, Dawson filled 300+ positions for this Client. 
  • In a tight labor market, Dawson established a dedicated bilingual recruiting team to reach new talent pools instituting successful staffing of Non-English-Speaking associates led by bilingual team leads.

When a European company was ready to expand their footprint in the United States, they partnered with Dawson to build their workforce.
